Overview

Loyal.id is a white label Loyalty Program platform that is well experienced in the field of Shopping Mall, Hotel, Retail, Community, Residence, Government, etc. The objective of this design project is to create a new Icon, Illustration and brand new design look and feel that can reflect what the company needs enough.

My Approach

For this project, I will do a brand design with activities such as :

1. Brand research and moodboarding
2. Icon and illustration design
3. Redesign Onboarding, Login, Registration, Add Membership Card, Homepage, Catalogue, Store, Promotion, Snap, My Rewards, Convert Point, History, Notification and Profile.

🕵🏻 Research (Empathize and understand)

1. Desk Research

At this stage, to get familiar with the problem, gain another knowledge and insight about the loyalty app, and find cases that other apps also experience, I conduct the desk research.
